Hawthornes Annual Paper Donation
Each year, Hawthornes donates any surplus paper stocks to various Nottinghamshire Schools. As you can imagine, printers get through a lot of paper in a year and therefore also have a lot of 'waste'. As part of our ISO 14001 environmental accreditation, we endeavor to minimise waste paper and recycle wherever possible. For as long as i can remember, the Hawthorne family have chosen to donate excess paper stock to local schools, nominated by our stakeholders. In October 2003, Hawthornes donated paper to 15 local schools. We hope plenty of children throughout the region enjoy hours of drawing and painting on the paper we have donated! If you wish to know more about our BS EN ISO 14001 and our contribution to helping the environment, please use the form on the 'Contact Us' page to request our environmental literature. |
